HOSPITAL PATIENT BILINGS
3.1 (21) these billing give patient name, length of stay and Dec. 1941
charges. Billings were often made to the man of the family
for his wife. There is also the odd consent letter to allow
for a payroll deduction. Some of the billings were to
Workmen’s Compensation and in that case the patients name is
listed. Patients names are only listed once even though they
may have had more than one visit. When CGQ or Island
Mountain Mine are billed it is always for Chest x-rays. Billings
